This promotion is open to all customers, domestic and business. |

To enter the draw, you need to recommend a friend to take Fionnuisce water. Once that friend has taken up on Fionnuisce water, both of your names are entered into our draw. |

| 3 |
Each recommendation = one new entry, ie the more you recommend the more entries you receive. |

| 4 |
To qualify to enter you must recommend a friend to take Fionnuisce water and that friend agrees to take Fionnuisce water subject to Fionnuisce’s standard terms and conditions (details available of your supply agreement). |

Your entry will be validated once the person that you have recommended has received their cooler/water, paid their deposit/initial payments and signed their supply agreement.

| 6 |
Once the conditions in 5. above are met, you will receive; on your next scheduled delivery; one 19 litre bottle of Fionnuisce water free of charge. |

|
| 7 |
There is no cash substitute for either the free bottle of the free water for one year. |
|
|
| 8 |
Free water for one year will be a maximum of 48 bottles 19 litre bottles and will be delivered in a 12 month time frame from the date of the draw |

There is no limit to the number of times that you may enter the draw. |
|
|
| 10 |
The draw will close on November 30th 2009. |

| 11 |
The winning name will be randomly selected from a hat at the Fionnuisce offices, Unit 4C, Stafford St, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary on December 4th 2009. |
